About Us
We provide advisory services and implementing specific project for the manufacturing and services sectors particularly in the new Special Economic Zone (SEZ) initiated by the government such as Iskandar Malaysia, NCER, ECER, SCORE and SDC.

OUR PEOPLE
Anna Goh Sce Yuan (Managing Director)
She obtained a Diploma in Hotel Management from Switzerland in 1984 and assumes duty with local hotels before embarking into real estate sector in 1989.
She joined Sykt. Perumahan & Tanah Abey in 1990 as a junior negotiator, actively letting and selling of local and foreign properties. She was later makes a partner and senior negotiator, and further in year 2000 pursue her chartered-ship in UK.
She obtained her chartered surveyor form Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS) in 2003 prior to setting up her own consulting firm. In 2013 she obtained a Master Degree in Real Estate study at University Technology Malaysia (UTM).
She is currently a Managing Director of Duta Far (MM2H) Sdn Bhd and actively promoting long-term residency programme under Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H).
Md Afandi Mohamed (Advisor)
He started his career with the national airline in 1980 with 16 years experience in the field of passenger and cargo. He obtained his Diploma IATA/UFTA in passenger and cargo in Singapore.
In 2000 joined a manufacturing company as a General Manager producing metallurgical products and resigned in 2002 after the company move to China.
Subsequently, he was appointed as independent Marketing Advisor to Pelepas Free Zone and later as Business Coordinator to Senai Airport Terminal Services for specific project.
In 2008 he formed FAR Consulting to service Special Economic Zone (SEZ) regions/areas in Malaysia, facilitating the FDIs.
In 2009 he was appointed as partner by the international Islamic NGO base in United Kingdom for the “Humanitarian Food Aid Programme” for the production of ready-to-eat canned food in Malaysia utilizing the hajj sacrificial meat donated by the Saudi government annually after the hajj season ended. The finished product was distributed globally to beneficiary effected by calamity and political conflict.
In 2019 he qualified as auditor from Halal Development Corporation (HDC) and further pursue in the field of auditing for food safety certification, including HACCP, VHM and FSSC 22000.
In 2013 he formed Duta Far MM2H Sdn Bhd and licensed under Ministry of Tourism, Art and Culture (MoTAC) to handle long-term residency program for foreigner who want to stay and live in Malaysia.
